I don't know what we think of, when we pray for a better Nigeria... I don't know what we hope to see when the better Nigeria comes... I don't know if for you it's just about the good roads, low cost housing, increased standard of living, job availability, security, allowances, health care, good education, and the list is endless... I don't know if you ever pause to think that a better Nigeria should be more than these things listed above... I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks inhumanity has consumed us all... I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks Boko Haram is more than the sect blowing up innocent ones... I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks Boko Haram is the man in green that beat mercilessly a fellow man just because to him he is a bloody civilian... or the group of people that beat and stripped naked a girl for stealing a blackberry (am not supporting the girl's action though)... or the man in black who...

Let’s beware of little fears that threaten our dreams, that hinder our actions and rob us of our inner fulfillment. Let’s take charge and speak to our minds, lets challenge our inner selves to go the extra limit. I know you are reading now and thinking, “na so e easy”… I know its not because I have been there, am still there, and even right now my inner self is saying, what on earth are you talking about; have you forgotten that project you are delaying just because you are scared; have you forgotten that guy you haven’t said yes to just because you are scared, have you forgotten that trip you haven’t made just because you are scared, or wait a second have you forgotten quickly that dream you are holding back just because you are scared. When life knocks you down, just get back up"... I agree its easier said than done, because many of us have been shut up, we have been knocked down, we have been dragged on the ground, torn apart in places that hurt real bad and by people we loved dearly. We have been shaken up so bad we never want to venture out again. But life is short, no matter how bad you think you've got it, some other person's probably got it worse. If for our past we refuse to live the present, then all hope for the future is lost, but if we damn all consequences and pick up the pieces of our lives, like a puzzle we will begin to fit into ourselves, and with every piece that falls into place comes a satisfaction that words cannot express. We have made mistakes, we have been heartbroken, we have cried and cried, tried and tried, but whatever doesn't break us, only makes us stronger.
